Resolving workplace relationships problems

Disputes in the workplace are time consuming, demoralising and costly. Workplace mediation provides an informal, voluntary and highly effective method of resolving conflicts, and restoring working relationships.
Clients are frequently amazed at what can be achieved with the help of a skilled mediator, even in the face of apparent impasse.
Typically, I am called to help resolve conflicts between staff members, between a member of staff and a manager, within a team or between teams or groups.
An added benefit of workplace mediation – a form of Alternative Dispute Resolution, or ADR – is that the working relationships are maintaned and often improved, whereas formal grievance procedures generally antagonise people and create tensions which make together difficult. Workplace mediation is also effective dispute resolution between different agencies, customers and suppliers, and management and unions.
