It may be a lot easier than you thought. The decision to make a start is the first step, and research has shown (it really has, check the references), that change can start to happen once the decision to do something has been taken.

I do not limit coaching to a single session, of course, some clients prefer regular sessions. The key is that we make each session count, and many people say that it gives them a greater sense of control to be able to book individual sessions as and when they want to.
