Difficult behaviour at work obstructs progress, lowers morale, damages productivity, causes absenteeism and much more besides. It can be costly and highly damaging, yet it persists either because people refuse to tackle it, don’t know how to manage it, or are afraid of being labeled ‘difficult’ themselves.
