Goats have been domesticated for thousands of years and in recent decades they have started to become popular as pets.
Goats are well established in most societies and some are becoming fully independent, adapting to their urbanised surroundings and (almost) blending in unnoticed.
Are they related (Goats, Alpacas and Llamas, I mean)? No, but they all ruminate which may be the point of this post.
Before you scamper off to do something more interesting, read on.
Referring of course to my occasional posts on the subject somebody, recently asked me “What is this ridiculous thing you have about goats, an obsession or what?”
Well, maybe, but do I detect a note of criticism? What's THAT about?
Goats may be stubborn, but they are also wise. Recent research has shown that they really can learn from each other.
That's not the point of this post, though.
As a 'thank you' for the support I've had from readers since I started this blog, I have published my definitive guide to to staying well. (I can't be sure that it really is definitive, but then nothing really is).
Maybe it's more of a thoughtful guide, at least I hope, thought-provoking. I'd add an emoticon but there isn't one for tongue-in-cheek (is there?).
Continuing on the occasional goat theme, and thinking about how another person might find ways to get us rattled; here’s something I came across in my memory this morning.
