If you live or work with someone who suffers with depression there’ll be times when you are unsure of how to react or the best way to approach and support them. This brilliant and incisive video deserves to be seen by as many people as possible.

Living with a Black Dog is a follow-up to Taming the Black Dog which offers practical advice for coming to terms with and overcoming depression.  Both videos were produced by writer and illustrator Matthew Johnstone, in collaboration with WHO, and were based on books of the same name.
