These three habits are just a starting point. If unhappiness is your goal there are many more things you could do to keep yourself down, failure for example, or judging yourself by the standards of others.

When you can't decide you have already decided that you can't make a decision, which is in itself a decision. It takes a strong-willed person to be undecided, and it may have unexpected consequences.
Gossip is inevitable, but opinions don't have to be.
Get more done and get the most out of your day by giving value. Doing things well doesn't mean cutting corners, and it pays unexpected dividends.
These are part of the same process and trying to separate them by focusing on one or the other creates an 'either-or' situation that can never really happen. Thinking like that can distract you and stifle creativity, among other things.
Disagreements, even major ones, don't have to become fights that can end the relationship. But take heart, there's plenty you can do to avoid ending it.
