Conflict – How to stop an argument

Live webinar – Thursday 5th July at 8.00 pm UK time

This week I’ll be distilling what I know about ending a dispute into a 20-minute talk.

You can take back control more easily than you think, if you are committed to it. I’ll be telling you how to:

  • Avoid an unnecessary argument
  • Resolve a past or current dispute
  • Prepare for a difficult conversation
