Trying to be happy doesn’t work. Despite a plethora of books on the subject, achieving happiness is like the Holy Grail of personal development.
What about if happiness was not about aiming for something?
How about if, in order to be happy, you simply need to remove what’s making you unhappy?
Which brings me to my two-step recipe for a happier life:
- Find out what’s bugging you.
- Do something about it.
