Today is International Mountain Day. Enjoy it.

We say “go and climb a mountain” to embody taking on a challenge, usually a physical one. I was wondering what the people who already live on a mountain say, what metaphor they use to describe a challenge.

Then I wondered how they view the rest of us, as people keep turning up to climb their mountain.
