imagination, grand designs

Grand designs or anything you want to achieve begins in the imagination. You have to imagine it before you can become it, whatever it is.

Whether it is a job, a role, and ambition or overcoming a personal difficulty, you can only be it when you can imagine it.

However much you are fuelled by desire, frustration, financial pressure, ambition, hope or hardship, until you can use your imagination to see yourself as you want to be, you’ll struggle.

Belief in possibilities comes with practice, and the clearer the image the more likely it’ll happen. To really believe that something is possible for you (rather than just saying it to yourself), you must be comfortable with the change that will result.

Many people delay their progress because their vision is simply an unattainable grand design. Use your imagination to break your goal down into manageable steps and you’ll make the eventual goal easier to attain. Keep the vision in focus, but only imagine one step at a time.
