I spoke to a 103 year old man, he said that he was too busy to die. “Each night, as I go to sleep, I’m curious and a little bit excited about what the next day will bring, and some days I have so much to do I have to plan, otherwise I wouldn’t know where to start”, he said.

Brief Therapy for Depression
