People like to help. It may be a natural act of charity, but it’s also beneficial to the helper as well as the helpee.
If you are in the habit of refusing help (and most of us do it casually and for the best reasons), think of the person who is offering.
Accept help and you might be doing both of you a favour.

I’m a psychologist, coach, and therapist. All my work is aimed at enabling people to improve personal aspects of their lives and work.
