Sleeplessness can be a ravaging problem.
I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Andrew Weil some years ago when I interviewed him about his book Spontaneous Healing. Here he demonstrates a breathing technique that can help with many conditions, try it and see.

I’m a psychologist, coach, and therapist. All my work is aimed at enabling people to improve personal aspects of their lives and work.

Can we see/hear the interview you did Barry?
Hi Philip,
Unfortunately not! It was published in The Therapist (now the Human Givens Journal), way back. I have inadvertently thrown out all my old copies of the therapist and I can’t find the interview on the Human Givens website.
Thanks for the link Juliette. I’ll see if I can find it, but it some years ago and I have no idea which one.
Juliette, the Andrew Weil interview was published in Therapia: http://amzn.to/2v11sY5
I can’t find which copy of The Therapist it was in.
