I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Andrew Weil some years ago when I interviewed him about his book Spontaneous Healing. Here he demonstrates a breathing technique that can help with many conditions, try it and see.

    Unfortunately not! It was published in The Therapist (now the Human Givens Journal), way back. I have inadvertently thrown out all my old copies of the therapist and I can’t find the interview on the Human Givens website.
