It’s been a while… I hope the trials of the last year have not been too hard on you.* We’ve all had a lot to deal with.

You may have noticed that I’ve been quiet lately. It has been a time of upheaval but for me, and hugely productive. I’ve used the time to develop new courses, a new website (this one), a new podcast, and a whole new approach to delivering my ideas to help you Get a Better Handle on Life.

Keeping things tidy

To keep everything tidy and GDPR-compliant I’m updating my mailing list by asking all my subscribers to confirm their subscription. If you have subscribed to this blog (thank you), you’ll be notified about new posts, but that’s all.

If you want news about new courses and the three new ebooks I’ll be publishing this year (on Sleep, Resilience, and Stress Management), then you’ll need to subscribe to my mailing list.
