Manage Your Anger or It Will Manage You

Anger need not be a problem, though it often is. Aristotle said "Anybody can become angry - that is easy, but to be angry with the right person and to the right degree and at the right time and for the right purpose, and in the right way - that is not within everybody's power and is not easy". Controlling anger is a choice, but not one that is easy to make when we are angry. Decisions have to be made while in a different mindset, which means either reprogramming ourselves to express anger differently (if you must express it at all), or transcending the trance we call anger.
