Skype therapy and coaching are possible. Distance is no obstacle if you are looking for therapy or coaching. The 'virtual office' has been with us for a decade, the virtual consulting-room is more recent innovation. There are many advantages to consulting a coach or therapist via Skype, more importantly it makes services available to people, like carers and parents for example, who otherwise would not be able to seek help.
I wrote about depression and a friend made an relevant comment which got me thinking. This raised an interesting concept (I thought) and, though it might appear to be brash self-promotion, it is also a sincere offer of help. If you are depressed, there is not need for the suffering to continue, as long as you find the right guide.
