Before wading in to solve a problem, particularly one that involves other people's behaviour, do a quick reality test by asking yourself three, simple questions. Fixing something that has been bothering you may be straightforward, but there are often side effects and ramifications we haven't considered. It may be too much trouble and the problem may be best ignored.
Finding your purpose is a legitimate exercise so long as you regard it as a process of personal growth, rather than a set of exercises leading to a particular goal.
