- For 24 hours you do not say anything negative about another person. If you can say something nice, say nothing.
- Think about the people you come into contact with regularly, on a daily or weekly basis. Pay particular attention to those you don’t like or don’t enjoy speaking to, the ones you neglect or don’t usually bother with. Take the initiative and heal any rifts you can.
- Perform a Random Act of Kindness (RAK) every day for the next week.
