Personal Resilience Survey
My stats are telling me that a lot of people are looking for info on resilience, so I compiled my personal resilience survey. Naturally I want to respond to your interest in a helpful way, so I’d like a bit more info. I’m relaunching this survey to help me help you.
Personal Resilience refers to the ability to deal with stress, high demand and unexpected pressure. Some people are more naturally gifted (or have trained themselves) in this department, others feel more vulnerable and less able to protect themselves form the stuff that life and work throw at them.
The good news is that the skills of personal resilience are easily learned. We can all improve our ability to deal with high demand, and to ‘bounce-back’ after a crisis.
It would help me enormously if you could take a few minutes to complete my brief 9-question personal resilience survey. In return I’ll send you my free guide 9 Steps to Resilience.
Please help me to help you, and take my survey now. It’s really quick.

Thanks to everyone who has completed my personal resilience survey so far. I will be using the data for help me design an online personal development course, and a free webinar, in the New Year.
