A little question, ahead of time, if you could be free of unwanted guilt presumably that’ll free up some time. If you won’t be feeling guilty in the same way at the same times, what will you be doing instead?

Open mind good – closed mind bad; it is implied if not actually said.

The trouble is that even when the mind is open there is a sort of glass door just behind the opening that filters what comes in.
