Meditation classes

This module of five weekly meditation classes has been developed for anyone looking to improve their emotional and mental well-being. Among other benefits noted by attendees are greater confidence, clearer thinking, a slower, less reactive approach to life, and a calmer sense of self. Introducing a simple meditation routine into daily life, for as little as 10-15 minutes a day provides an antidote to stress and a builder of resilience.

I offer this series of practical workshops free to charities and community groups, depending on location (easily accessible from my bases in South East England and Northamptonshire).
