
If you have a goal, having a tangible and concrete vision of how it will be when you reach it, makes it more achievable.
The more clearly you can visualise it, the more likely that you’ll get your heart’s desire.
If this sounds a bit far-out or flakey to you, just remember how easy it is to do this in reverse; the more you worry about something, the more likely it is that it will happen.
Turn the mechanism around and you can give yourself a boost.
