Becoming better at managing time means working on our habits and attitudes as well as structuring our time. My time management resource explains how to do it.

It is an ongoing process that requires regular reviews and updates to ensure ‘time management fitness’, just like regularly going to the gym to ensure physical fitness. Effective people are constantly seeking to develop understanding of themselves as well as learning new skills. Here are some suggestions to help.

What I find in my workshops is that most people are relieved when I explain my approach to time managementapproach to time management. I am happy to use the term ‘time management’ as a general concept when talking about personal development and training, we should not use it to delude ourselves into thinking that time can be managed in the same way that, say, money can.
