change, mid-course correction

From time to time it is useful to stop and take your bearings. They say that life is a journey, if so it pays to stop from time to time and reflect on where we are, where we are headed, and is where we are headed a place we want to go to?

I call this mid-course correction. You can do it in life, in a project, in a relationship, and even in a conversation.

I’m a psychologist, coach, and therapist. All my work is aimed at enabling people to improve personal aspects of their lives and work.
